APPROVED THE NPR THAT MODIFIES EXISTING REGULATIONS AT 49 CFR PART 1244 TO REQUIRE ALL RR'S TO IDENTIFY CONTRACT MOVEMENTS IN THE ANNUAL CARLOAD WAYBILL SAMPLE AND SETS A 30-YEAR LIMIT ON THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF THE WAYBILL SAMPLE.
