DENIED CANADIAN PACIFIC KANSAS CITY’S PETITION SEEKING RECONSIDERATION OF THE BOARD’S PRIOR DECISION TO CLASSIFY THE PROPOSED CONTROL TRANSACTION IN THIS PROCEEDING AS A “MINOR TRANSACTION.” THE BOARD WILL, HOWEVER, EXTEND THE PROCEDURAL SCHEDULE AND DIRECT THE APPLICANTS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE.
