FOUND THAT THE NEW JERSEY TRANSIT CORPORATION DOES NOT NEED BOARD AUTHORITY TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN RAIL ASSETS OWNED BY NORFOLK SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY. THE BOARD THEREFORE GRANTED NJ TRANSIT’S MOTION TO DISMISS ITS NOTICE SEEKING SUCH AUTHORITY.
