DECISION DETERMINED THAT: (1) THE NEW JERSEY TRANSIT CORPORATION (NJ TRANSIT) DOES NOT NEED BOARD AUTHORIZATION TO ACQUIRE A PORTION OF RAIL LINE KNOWN AS THE DELCO INDUSTRIAL LEAD IN MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NEW JERSEY; (2) CONSOLIDATED RAIL CORPORATION WILL RETAIN THE LEGAL OBLIGATION AND ABILITY TO PROVIDE FREIGHT RAIL SERVICE; AND (3) NJ TRANSIT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO INTERFERE UNREASONABLY WITH THAT SERVICE.
