THE BOARD ALSO DENIED AN APPEAL OF A DIRECTOR'S DECISION GRANTING A PROTECTIVE ORDER, REJECTS A SUPPLEMENTAL FILING, AND DENIED AS MOOT A MOTION TO STRIKE THE SUPPLEMENTAL FILING.
