DECISION: (1) DIRECTED BNSF RAILWAY COMPANY (BNSF) TO REFILE ITS R-1 REPORT FOR 2010, 2011, 2012; (2) ENTIRELY REMOVE THE MARKUP OF RAIL ASSETS; AND (3) REQUIRED BNSF TO MARK UP THE RAIL ASSETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXISTING REGULATIONS AND GENERALLY ACCEPTED ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES.
