DECISION TERMINATED THE PROCESS TO CREATE THE TOXIC BY INHALATION HAZARD COMMON CARRIER TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY COMMITTEE, AND INSTEAD THE BOARD WILL ADDRESS LIABILITY-SHARING ISSUES TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY ARE BEFORE THE BOARD ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. ACCORDINGLY, THE BOARD CLOSES DOCKET NOS. EP 698 AND EP 677 (SUB-NO. 1).
