THE BOARD AFFIRMS ITS OCTOBER 28, 2004 DECISION WHICH GRANTED THE FEEDER LINE APPLICATION OF KEOKUK JUNCTION RAILWAY COMPANY TO ACQUIRE A 76-MILE RAIL LINE OWNED BY TOLEDO, PEORIA AND WESTERN RAILWAY CORPORATION. THIS DECISION ALSO REVISED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE LINE AND ORDERED THE PARTIES TO CLOSE THE SALE BY FEBRUARY 11, 2005.
