My environment issue and concern with this rail line going along Little Toby in my township (Horton Township) is there is a pair Bald Eagles that use that creek daily. It is directly across from my home and we see them daily if not a couple times a day, and have been watching them for years. This trash train would disrupt them and possible the other wild life for sure if it is allowed to proceed! Thank you
