• Mead Run: Chapter 93 Designation-Cold Water Fishes: PFBC designated “Stocked” and “Naturally Reproducing Wild Trout”: In-stream restrictions of February 15th through June 1st and October 1st through December 31st will apply. • Little Toby Run and UNTs to Little Toby Run: Chapter 93 Designation-Cold Water Fishes • Oyster Run: Chapter 93 Designation – Cold Water Fishes: PFBC designated “Naturally Reproducing Wild Trout”: In-stream restriction of October 1st through December 31st applies. • Bear Run: Chapter 93 Designation-Cold Water Fishes: PFBC designated “Naturally Reproducing Wild Trout”: In-stream restriction of October 1st through December 31st applies. • Watercourses within 0.50 mile of PFBC designation will adopt the same designation and any in-stream restrictions unless otherwise stated from PFBC. • Please note any wetlands within the area of “Naturally Reproducing Wild Trout” waters will be considered Exceptional Value (EV) and antidegradation best available combination of technologies (ABACT) erosion and sediment control measures should be utilized. • On the National wetlands inventory mapper, there are several PEM and PFO wetland cells identified in the proximity of the proposed project. A wetland identification and delineation will need completed.
