the STB should require the applicant, Savage Tooele Rail, to complete an Environmental Assessment. I am particularly concerned about the impact on the wetlands of Great Salt Lake and how the 10 million migratory birds may be impacted. In addition, the traffic and air quality concerns are frightening.
