I am extremely concerned about the rail and its impact on the wetlands and wildlife habitat therein. I cannot see how the rail can be built without adversely impacting this sensitive and fragile environment. Please, if you cannot stop it completely, at a minimum require a valid, truthful Environmental Impact Statement that adequately addresses the impacts and long term consequences of this proposal. Thank you.
