Dear Mr. Assenza, Thank you for Danielle Gosselin's 4/6/2022 letter advising Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Union Pacific's proposal to install new rail line to manufacturing facilities south and east of Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. We would like to participate in continuing consultation regarding this project. Before we can fully respond regarding potential impacts, it will be necessary for you to provide Class I and Class III historic properties survey reports that identify the historic properties that exist within the APE. We know the general vicinity of the project to be rich in ancestral sites, and expect that the APE will intersect one or more of these. With best regards, Karl Hoerig
