Please see the attached Southeast Mesa Transportation Plan that was completed in 2019 and a graphic for the Willis Road alignment discussed in today’s meeting. The SE Mesa Plan used the regional model to help us prioritize CIP projects for the area. Many projects identified are programmed into our CIP. Regarding the Willis Road graphic, the dashed line is what shows up in our planning documents, but to remove another at-grade crossing of PIRATE the City of Mesa developed this plan for Willis Road. We are starting an update to our Transportation Master Plan and this will be incorporated into the future network. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thanks.
