Good afternoon, Thank you for your correspondence, and for using IPaC to generate an Official Species List to fulfill Section 7(c) responsibilities under the Endangered Species Act. We apologize for our delay in getting back to you. We do not have any comments regarding this proposed project given the information provided. Rather, as a matter of technical assistance, we would simply like to highlight the sections in the Official Species Letter that contain information regarding migratory birds, and bald eagles, as well as recommend you seek additional information and coordinate your project with the Arizona Game and Fish Department for Arizona species of greatest conservation need, such as the western burrowing owl and the Sonoran desert tortoise (Gopherus morafkai). Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any further questions. This email will be saved and uploaded to the Project File 2022-0013010. Thank you, Nichole Engelmann
