Attn: Chairman Martin Oberman NOISE!! You allow the above article to be printed without any apology or rebuttal from you or your independent government agency!! 1. Why was Wood Dale Illinois not included in your analysis? Wood Dale has angled tracks stopping the two main streets at the same time! Not to mention the traffic will back up from Elgin to Bensenville in every direction! YOU MUST STOP THIS MADNESS! 2. Tens of thousands of citizens will be cut off from timely police, fire and ambulance services! How many lives will be lost before 31 Billion Is no longer worth the price no matter where the dollars are going! 3 . Toxic Materials?? 4. What about time lost by parents trying to spend said time with their families! 5. Residential neighborhoods filled with drivers making undesirable alternate routes! 6. Local businesses losing their clientele due to not being able to reach planned destinations due to traffic gridlock!
