I only have two comments. I live in Port Bryon, IL across from LeClaire Iowa. About the merger...I would like to see the trains stop blowing their horns so loud late at night! Drop the decibel level of these horns at the RR Crossings. My second comment is, I would like to see the increase in rail traffic take place in the day time as much as possible. The train noise at night is sometimes so loud at night that it wakes us up from a sound sleep.
