Detroit lakes is considered an Environmental Justice Area (Census Tracts that are 40% non-white, 35%, at or below 200% FPL, 40% or more of the population has limited English proficiency, or have an American Indian Reservation within its boundary.) I ask the MPCA to join me, a resident of Detroit Lakes in Becker County, in opposing the CPR and KCS Railways merger. I oppose in an effort to protect my family and the citizens in an EJ Area in Greater MN from increased risk of pollution from additional rail traffic carrying crude oil and hazardous materials through the area. https://www.house.leg.state.mn.us/comm/docs/3VBJnYfLmUC1sabPnRSpDg.pdf
