I live in Davenport Iowa Near The Tracks. My personal take, its greatly effecting my job & way of life; from non stop horns and loud screeching, it's bad enough that large trucks make my historical house rumble...... I work from home and I already use noise blockers.. Now not even they are enough, I can't even have a normal phone conversation now with my clients!! I shouldn't be rethinking where I just moved. I moved out here for simi quiet... This is uncalled for and subpar in the fact that no one is talking about properly placing these routes underground. We dealt with the raised trains due to flooding which we asked to be reversed which is blocking our river view now we have to think about moving... How many people work from home now due to the pandemic? The money will be there; put it underground. This is ill planning and forcing people off their land.
