The increase in loud noise may directly relate to increased thefts locally. I myself cannot hear much now days if something was happen how would anyone know? It becomes a health and safety issue at that point. Its not hard to imagine how this would help people if placed in a sound barrier, tunnels, underwater, etc; this would eliminate flooding issues. There are ways around this being a burden to those who live near and cannot sleep or have normal conversations anymore; It is NOT just annoying, people are discussing moving and we already are a major disaster area. I suggest you try to hold a meeting at our local city hall or try to call a loved one while visiting our town. Perhaps then you would not brush off those crying out. This directly impacts our city and those in it. We all advise you to place it underground. There is a right way and a wrong way to do this and our pleas are being ignored any and every time we hold comity.
