I completely oppose the train merger. I believe more people would be voicing opposition to this if they knew the ramifications. I personally can barely sleep through the night because of the horrendous train horns blaring at midnight, 3 am, 4am, 5 am, and so on, not to mention being auditorily assaulted during the day, when taking a walk or riding a bike or attending the farmers market or any concerts by the River. Overloading the railways is going to cause more problems than noise pollution, such as clogging up traffic, more accidents, toxic spills, etc which are all very dangerous.
