Based on this draft, I am against the draft. On Sunday 9/19/2022, on York Road in Bensenville a simple 2 car maintenance train blocked the street with the gates gate for over 15 minutes, Because the train was not across the street but just west of the gates, multiple cars were going around the gates with no care. Had this been on of the potential freights coming inbound and waiting for access into the yard ND another was coming out of the yard, this could have been a very deadly issue. A 1st Responder had to go around the gates to stop one of the offenders. Too many streets will be affected by this increased rail traffic.
