I disagree with the methodology and study in that averages are nice for a very high level view, but don’t work on individual impacts. While the overall impact could be minimal in all categories if averaged there will be extreme impact in other areas. Noise will significantly increase in some areas while staying the sam in other areas. Crashes will increase potentially in populated areas
