if the cp kcs meger is approved it wll cause a public saftey hazard in beaumont and houston texas due to increased volume of train traffic blocking croosigs hindering emergency respone vechies and causing massive traffic cogestion also the possibility of hazmat incidents and grade croosing accidents will increase
