Docket No. FD 36500 I am quite concerned at the impact the CP/KCS Acquisition Draft EIS will have on the Roselle community and the surrounding communities. I am concerned about public safety. We have one fire department and police department on the southside of the railroad tracks and a portion of our community is on the north side of the tracks. If this is approved there will be an over 300% increase in freight trains in my small community. It is imperative that the impact of this be mindfully and honestly considered. Thus far, the impact seems as if it is being downplayed and that is unacceptable.
