The main concerns I have is the noise decibel level of the trains when they constantly blow their horns. In my view the greatest risk is to small children which run the risk of permanent hearing damage. Other concerns are decreased property values, risk of derailments through subdivisions which could potentially kill people and environmental impact to the river from the dirt and dust created by the trains
