The No-Action alternative to the proposed acquisition does not leave the applicants empty handed. With the potential environmental devastation this acquisition could cause in conjunction with the fact that the no-action alternative would still allow for the applicants to make necessary changes to support their operations and growth, the No-Action alternative should be chosen by this board.
