As a resident of Davenport, I am very concerned about the possibility of oil spills. Not only are added trains going to increase noise levels, the chances for oil spills will also increase! Oil spills have happened in the past and it's safe to say they will happen again in the future. Why add more trains to increase the probability? Back in May 2020, a Canadian Pacific train derailed in Western Minnesota! There was an estimated 20,000-30,000 gallons of oil spilled! It wreaked havoc on the surrounding communities. Is it really worth the risk??
