Some of these railroads are extremely close to the Mississippi River. These companies have not had the best track record over the years (ahem 203 cough cough). What if something happens to the train as it's blaring down the tracks towards the South? What happens if we have an oil spill that goes into the Mississippi River? This river is a LIFE SOURCE, not just for humans but for animals. Don't get me started on the animals...!
