The Office of Environmental Analysis (OEA) has concluded that the impacts of this acquisition would be "negligible, "minor," "minimal," and "temporary." All I see when I read those words is the OEA admitting that there WILL BE negative impacts caused by this merger. They can use these words to make the public think that this acquisition wont impede lives, but there is no way that it cannot.
