We need to move off of fossil fuels, no more crude oil. You must deny the merger of trains going through the White Earth reservation. People are already dying and losing their livelihoods because of climate change. On an airplane, I met people from New Mexico who were evacuating because of the wildfires and they were scared of losing their home. In Minnesota where I'm from, our winters are getting warmer which is increasing agricultural pests. Parts of Minnesota experienced a drought last summer which was a burden on farmers and hurt many crops. We need to change our energy systems to use renewable energy and be more energy efficient, not use more fossil fuels. Many people from the White Earth Nation are against CP and KCS railroads going through their reservation and treaty territory. It would be unjust to do this without their consent. Deny these railroad mergers, Thank you, Keriann Cooper
