WIth increased train traffic, there comes a higher probability of disaster. There have already been horrific oil spills... think back to Lac-Megantic back in 2013. If there are more trains running each day, the chances of something terrible happening are bound to rise. No one needs to be killed just so a company can lay some rail lines and make billions off of destroying the environment.
