I sincerely believe any negative impact of the proposed CP-KCS merger to be minimal at the most. Any impact would be temporary and could rapidly be overcome in a short amount of time. Shipping of oil over rail is much less hazardous than having many, many more tank trucks on our highways. Any regard to noise is minor as well, people should be more concerned about the noise pollution of traffic on the highways and streets in their neighborhoods. Our society and economy will benefit much from a merger of the Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern Railroads. Thank You
