Concerned about noise pollution if train traffic is tripled. We already have about 8-10 trains daily. Secondly, this will bisected our river front where commerce, tourism recreation and industry are vital to our economy. The area adjacent to the tracks is predominantly black and brown communities of lower income so this also is an environmental justice issue.
