Good morning, thank you for the opportunity to comment. This is in regard to FD 36500. Just as the STB has acknowledged in its environmental review that there would be minor or minimal down-sides to this merger, I would also agree that these are valid studies. This country has a transportation/distribution problem, and this merger would in some small but potentially significant ways possibly help to ease the shipments of good across the country. I urge the STB to also consider the request by CN to either purchase the former Gateway Western lines from CP/KCS or at a minimum allow trackage/haulage rights to CN, which would further increase efficiencies in the transportation grid in this country. thank you John Johnson
