I am apposed to this rail merger because it will result in an increase in oil coming by rail from Canada at a time when we should be cutting back on the shipping of this oil which comes from the tar sands oil fields in Canada. This is very dirty oil and it is one of the first kinds of oil we should stop using to reduce our use of fossil fuels to reduce CO2 being added to the air which is causing climate warming.
