The plan to send an additional 14 trainloads of oil cars down the tracks from Clinton to Muscatine is absurd and harmful. No doubt there will be train derailments, there will be environmental disaster from this. And as a homeowner 2blocks from the tracks I will see my noise levels go up still higher, creating more stress, my house will shake even more than it does now and my property value will diminish. I am wholeheartedly against this.
