I’m worried about an oil spill if this merger is approved. Derailments happen all the time, after all. Just last month a coal train fell off the track, dumping its cargo into the Mississippi River. If an entire train of crude oil were to do the same, it could permanently harm the Mississippi. I hope the STB realizes that.
