The noise, possible pollution, extreme danger to population and housing, as well as limiting use to the river and emergency services is a terrible idea. The public deserves safety, security, and to enjoy the beauties of the Mississippi. Running more trains down these tracks will disrupt and endanger so many people on the iowa side. These trains can be rerouted to less populated areas as well as not running on the largest river in America.
