This merger is bad for the environment and even worse for Minnesota’s natural beauty. These trains will be hauling more oil than ever through our state. I can hear trains running past my cabin where I spend my summers. I can’t imagine how devastating an oil spill there would be. So many of Minnesota’s small communities rely on the tourism our lakes bring. One derailment, one oil spill could completely ruin an entire town. This merger cannot be allowed.
