This kind of merger is, in my opinion, anti-competitive. Rather than continuing on the present course of ever larger corporations and mergers I believe the US and the world businesses should be more competitive and worker oriented. This merger, although seeming to make transportation more efficient, actually blurs the environmental and societal impacts with negative results. Please consider these effects in coming to a conclusion on granting this action favorably.
