I write in opposition to the Canadian Pacific-Kansas City Southern merger. If approved, Canadian Pacific would be able to transport Canadian tar oil through Minnesota to Texas. This oil creates more carbon emissions when burned than any other type. This is incredibly damaging to our environment and will speed up climate change. This merger should not be approved.
