Although traffic won’t increase as dramatically in Mason City as it will in eastern Iowa, I’m worried that what happens there may soon find its way to our doorsteps, given the same companies operate in my hometown. In the Quad Cities, folks are scared about increased traffic and how that will hurt public safety. What’s to stop these companies from doing the same thing in my hometown? We need some clarity on this right away.
