It is of great concern for myself and the residents of our small village that I write to you to express my concern for the proposal to increase freight traffic in our community by 300%. I feel it would have a very negative impact on our community and it is my hope that knowing how negatively the citizens of Itasca feel about it that you will reconsider and find another option (Received via project website)
