As a property owner whose land the railroad runs next too, and as a resident of Liberty who drives on Birmingham regularly, I am curious how the car traffic issues around the increased rail traffic will be addressed by the railroad. Birmingham Road by the tracks is a narrow road, and when the trains are going through if you are driving from the south to the north on Birmingham the sight distance is so short coming over the hill that there is nothing you can do once you get there and see the train. There is no place to turn around. You are stuck. So with more trains, more people will be stuck there with each passing train. Is it possible to build an overpass for car traffic? Again, I am curious how this continued traffic issue will be addressed with the increase in rail traffic. Thank you! (Received via project website)
