As a resident near to the proposed increase in train traffic, I am writing today to express my opposition. The increased train traffic poses a safety issue as well as numerous traffic delays on Lancaster. The additional noise will also adversely affect my enjoyment of my residence as well as decrease the value of my home. For the reasons above, I am opposed to this change.
