1) What will be the net increase of freight cars , loads and empties, both directions, (NOT number of trains) that a) go through Itasca now and b) will be going through Itasca when this plan is fully implemented? 2) How many of those cars (not trains) will be carrying hazardous material? 3) Will downtown Itasca remain "ding ding free" at the Walnut and Catalpa crossings, or will the warning "dingdings" be reinstated?
