I am totally opposed to that Project. It is already hard to get a good night sleep without being awakened by trains blowing their horns in the wee hours of the morning. I am sick and tired of that situation and increasing the number of trains passing through Elgin, will make the matter worse. It seems to me that, in the long run, It will discourage people from moving in and encourage current Residents to move out. (Received via project website)
