I am a long time resident of Itasca(46years). I am strongly opposed to the Canadian Pacific Acquisition of Kansas City Southern. The safety and welfare of our town is too much at risk. The length of trains and increased number of trains would create an undo burden on our emergency vehicles to attend to situations where needed in a timely mannrer. The transporting of hazardous materials poses a threat to the safety of our citizens. The noise and environmental pollution will potentially effect our town. The “risks” are too much for our community. I am definitely opposed to this acquisition and the risks it poses for Itasca. (Received via project website)
