I have home and property against a portion of the track area. There are regular herd of deer, flocks of turkeys, coyote and other wildlife in this area that will be impacted. I have not seen this quantified. The increases in numbers of trains alone will do this. Any efforts to build (I have not seen plans for such) will exacerbate these impacts. Additionally, train operators need better guidance/training on not using train horns in areas without crossings. These inappropriate uses are bad for both humans and wildlife. All of these impacts should be adequately studies, results published, and a review period established. (Received via project website)
